I’m an East Coast native that relocated to the PNW with my family in late 2021. I’ve always had a passion for helping others. After 12 years of working as a nurse, I realized I wanted to positively impact the health & well-being of others in a different way. Being an avid runner since high school, I began to notice injuries and discomfort related to running. I began a regular yoga & meditation practice & I soon realized the wonderful benefits it was having on my entire well-being. My teaching journey continues to unfold. I am a 200 hour Registered Yoga teacher, NASM Certified Personal Trainer & Sound Bath Facilitator. I incorporate body awareness & somatic practices into my classes & sessions. My passion is empowering others through breath, movement & intentional sound, while holding space for self-reflection, curiosity & inner strength.
