90 minute in-person event at Cascade Movement Center. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to get checked in & settled. We’ll begin with gentle movement, followed by getting comfortable with props & then be guided into meditation while being surrounded by the healing sounds of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, Koshi chimes, ocean drums, tingsha chimes & more. Hot herbal tea to be served for the last few minutes of the event.

Tips for your session:

To enhance the benefits of the your session wear comfortable clothing. Bring any pillows/blankets/eye masks that you’d like, there will also be some comfort items provided.

If this is your first Sound Bath know that there is no “right” or “wrong” way to experience it. Come as you are & that is enough.

Sound vibration can affect the physical and energetic body. Sound healing can affect each person differently. Feelings, certain emotions or memories can arise during a session-know that this is common & there is no judgement in our space.

Drink plenty of water after your session and allow your body to rest to reap the full benefits of your session.

Benefits of crystal singing bowls:

-Promotes rest, relaxation & stress relief

-Improved sleep

-Balances energy centers of the body (chakras)

-Pain relief

-Can create a sense of calm & inner peace

Common side effects:

-headache, dizzines, nausea

-emotional release- ex. crying

-feeling as if you‘re “floating”, blissful

-memories may come up (I encourage if they do to release judgement over if it is ”good/positive“ or “bad/negative”).

-Often our bodies let us know what they may need in sessions such as these

**Sound Bath session not recommended for students with pacemakers & extensive metal in their body. If you have implanted medical devices on or within your body please seek medical advice from your physician prior to a Sound Bath session.**
